Remote Senior Security Engineer with Cloud

• The role is for a Senior Security Engineer with a focus on Cloud technologies.
• The position is remote and is offered as a contract.

• The expertise level should be 40% in cloud knowledge and 60% in firewall knowledge.
• Candidates must have expertise in PALO ALTO Firewall.

• Primary responsibilities include cloud network expertise in virtual networks, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, DNS, and network threat management.
• The role involves ensuring cloud security and supporting compliance with industry security standards.
• Candidates will research and architect solutions to meet security and compliance requirements.
• The position requires assessing the organization's current security posture and future architecture, providing a viable solution path to bridge any gaps.
• Experience working with customers for implementation support and general cloud guidance is necessary.
• Secondary responsibilities include supporting platform development using cloud-native programming languages such as Go, Python, Node, Terraform, and others.
