Requirements:
The candidate must have 5+ years of overall experience with application development on the ServiceNow platform.
An excellent understanding of ServiceNow Business Service Management Solutions, Platform, Administration, Customizations, and Scripting is required.
In-depth knowledge of workspace development, service portal, application development, and related customizations is essential.
The candidate should have technical command of AngularJS 1.5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, HTML5, XML/JSON, Rest Services, and familiarity with AngularJS 2+, React, and charting libraries such as HighChart and D3JS.
Sound programming fundamentals with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in coding, scripting, and debugging are necessary.
ServiceNow System Administration, Performance Analytics, and similar certifications are preferred.
Understanding of Data and Analytics, Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, and Dashboards is important.
Experience in creating reports, dashboards, alternate visualizations, validating data integrity, and troubleshooting issues is an added advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.
The candidate should have the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with being self-directed and independent, are essential.
Enthusiasm for developing state-of-the-art solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are desirable.
ITIL Certification is a plus.
