  • Responsibilities include programming, debugging, and SQL skills, taking ownership of customer issues, collaborating with teams to troubleshoot technical issues, and developing innovative solutions.
  • The engineer will also enhance product knowledge, apply engineering concepts, ensure product performance, support corrective actions, maintain automation processes, create documentation, and engage with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in software/system engineering is essential.
  • At least 1 year of enterprise-level experience with Oracle Database, CI/CD tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, ADO, Jenkins, Bamboo), container orchestration (K8s, helm), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), containerization (Docker), and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, GoLang).
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure in Azure (specifically AKS), AWS, or GCP, along with Azure service administration and operations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and processes, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
  • Ability to work well in a team, especially in a geographically dispersed environment, and a willingness to accept challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Quality assurance experience, including testing, automation, and test data management skills, is desirable.
