Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• A strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, particularly regarding performance and reliability, is required.
• Fluency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript is necessary.
• Strong skills in observability, debugging, and performance tuning are essential.
• The ability to debug complex systems and a willingness to understand and improve any layer of the stack is required.
• Experience with container orchestration systems (Docker, ECS, EKS) and monitoring tools (DataDog, Graphite, Grafana, Prometheus) is needed.
• Deep knowledge of UNIX/Linux system internals, including system calls and TCP/IP, is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly are essential.
• Demonstrated critical thinking under pressure is necessary.
