This position is for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Tempo Software, located in Europe.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
The engineer will build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support robust software delivery practices.
Leading deployments of enterprise-scale projects on AWS and Kubernetes is a key accountability.
The role requires automating infrastructure and product-related processes, including monitoring and alerting systems.
Troubleshooting production issues, monitoring system performance, and participating in the on-call rotation are essential tasks.
Collaboration with global SRE and engineering teams to develop and enforce technical standards is expected.
Ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry best practices is a critical responsibility.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in site reliability or infrastructure engineering roles is required.
Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Git, Linux, and Bash is necessary.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and managing alerting systems is essential.
A proven track record of deploying and maintaining complex cloud solutions, particularly on AWS, is required.
A strong understanding of software design patterns and cloud-native architecture is necessary.
Development experience in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, or Java) is required.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Familiarity with Helm, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Datadog, and supporting Java/Kotlin apps is a plus.
Experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem is considered a bonus.
