The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at Loggi is responsible for building and evolving the infrastructure that supports production systems, focusing on reliability, scalability, observability, and security.
The SRE team creates tools, automates processes, and promotes best operational practices while maintaining an integrated view of system interactions.
They work to anticipate and mitigate failures, conduct post-incident analyses without blame, and strive for continuous learning and improvement.
The role requires a strong focus on information security, including identity and access control, secrets management, and vulnerability prevention.
The position is fully remote.
Requirements:
Candidates must have more than 6 years of relevant experience as an SRE, Systems Administration, and/or Software Development.
A deep understanding of AWS cloud environments is required, with a focus on resilient, scalable, and secure architecture.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes is necessary, including cluster creation and maintenance, deployment with Helm/Charts, and management with Argo CD.
Experience with observability tools is essential, including the implementation and maintenance of dashboards and alerts using Grafana, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, and OpenSearch.
Candidates should have experience with microservices architecture, including service integration using Kafka as a messaging platform.
Strong experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, adhering to best practices in versioning, modularization, and reuse is required.
The ability to identify performance bottlenecks, propose scalable solutions, and implement continuous improvements in systems and infrastructure is necessary.
A focus on automating operational and repetitive tasks to promote efficiency and reliability in processes is expected.
Excellent analytical skills, clear communication, and the ability to work in multidisciplinary and collaborative teams are essential.
