Workana is seeking a Senior Software Architect to join the team of their client in Spain.
The main objective of the role is to design and develop web/mobile projects, providing a clear technical vision, making architectural decisions, and contributing to the design and documentation of scalable systems.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining technology projects in a mobile/web environment, participating in the design of robust and scalable architectures, documenting technical decisions and processes, improving development flows by integrating artificial intelligence, collaborating with other areas and technical profiles, and applying good development practices and agile methodologies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in software development, particularly with PHP, is mandatory.
Solid experience in Symfony is required.
Knowledge of software development using artificial intelligence (Roo Coder, Cline, Windsurf, Cursor, AIDE) is necessary.
Advanced experience in mobile and web development is essential.
Experience in designing and creating scalable and sustainable application architectures is required.
Experience in technical documentation and with modern stack (current software design architectures) is necessary.
Knowledge and/or experience in projects involving artificial intelligence (AI) is a strong differentiator.
Good development practices and agile methodologies are required.
The candidate should be methodical, proactive, communicative, and capable of self-management.

The role is full-time.
The salary ranges from 2,000 to 2,500 USD per month.
The contract is for 3 months with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
