• 1Password is seeking a Senior Software Developer for their AI for Security team to contribute to the digital safety of millions.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in building, training, and deploying ML/LLM models in production is required.
• A proven track record of iterating quickly on AI product ideas and shipping high-impact features is essential.
• Strong collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical partners.
• Bonus points for experience with AWS Bedrock and related AI services, background in AI infrastructure, proficiency in Golang or Rust, and familiarity with security or privacy-sensitive applications of AI.

Benefits:

• The annual base salary for USA-based roles ranges from $156,000 to $210,000 USD, while Canada-based roles range from $143,000 to $193,000 CAD.
