ISF is seeking a Senior Software Developer to build software using languages and technologies of the .NET framework.
The position is remote/hybrid and reports to the Technical Lead/Project Manager.
The Senior Software Developer will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems, provide user support, and ensure high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities include writing functional code, proactively identifying and addressing potential or real defects, and coordinating with internal teams to guide the design, development, and support of complex enterprise solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Candidates must have software development experience with C#, .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6.0, ASP.Net, and MVC.
Database experience is required, including knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, indexes, constraints, scheduling, and general maintenance.
Experience with general ETL (extract, transform, load) processes is desirable.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD processes and Git repository functionality, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with IIS web hosting, administration, and configuration in a virtual environment.
Proficiency in using Entity Framework and LINQ is required.
Experience in developing software requirements, technical specifications, technical documentation, and test scripts is essential.
Candidates should have experience developing rich user interfaces using tools such as jQuery and Bootstrap.
A demonstrated knowledge of database design principles and best practices using Microsoft SQL Server (up to the latest version) is required.
