Description:

  • Lead the development of scalable digital products using React and Node.js.
  • Translate complex UI/UX designs into responsive, maintainable front-end code.
  • Architect and develop robust server-side applications and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
  • Design and manage data workflows using relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Build reusable, modular front-end components and libraries across multiple projects.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and security across both client and server-side.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and validate early-stage concepts.
  • Ensure web applications are accessible, mobile-optimized, and browser-compatible.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior developers and help shape engineering best practices.
  • Perform other role-specific duties as they arise.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Node.js and React.js is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design is essential.
  • Proven experience with RESTful and GraphQL API development and integration is necessary.
  • Skilled in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) is required.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, React Context) is needed.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is important.
  • Proficiency with Webpack, Babel, Git, and other build/version control tools is required.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress is necessary.
  • Comfort in working in fast-paced, MVP-driven environments is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration are required.
