The Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for building web applications and core backend services that integrate with advanced ASR and NLP models.
The role involves solving human-in-the-loop challenges related to a 3-sided marketplace business model.
Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of new features, maintaining existing systems, proactively improving the product, and enhancing engineering processes at scale.
The engineer will lead by example, take ownership of complex feature delivery, and work with a product manager to define the roadmap and break it down into projects.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and hosting software products from inception to release and maintenance.
Experience in leading projects and/or teams and designing scalable services is required.
Candidates should enjoy working in a full-stack team and focus on problem-solving rather than specific technologies.
The ability to thrive in a collaborative and remote environment is essential, along with efficiency in a remote setup.
Candidates must be able to work with individuals from operations or customer-facing roles to identify problems and develop solutions.
Proficiency in Python, React, Typescript, Kubernetes, and AWS is necessary.
