• Experience designing for scalability, performance, and reliability in software services is necessary.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript is required.
• Hands-on experience building distributed and scalable systems is a must.
• You should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong sense of ownership and results.
