Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating cloud software at scale.
  • Proficiency in core tech stack components such as C#, Kafka, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and Python is required.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools like AWS Bedrock, Azure GPT, Google Gemini, LiteLLM, or similar is necessary.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM output safety, including guardrails and security measures, is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, flat teams are required.
  • Candidates should be skilled in making sound technical decisions based on goals, domain knowledge, and engineering fundamentals.
  • Comfort with managing risk, ambiguity, and dependencies is necessary.
  • Experience working with distributed teams in global organizations is preferred.
  • A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership is essential.
