Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating cloud software at scale.
Proficiency in core tech stack components such as C#, Kafka, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and Python is required.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools like AWS Bedrock, Azure GPT, Google Gemini, LiteLLM, or similar is necessary.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM output safety, including guardrails and security measures, is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, flat teams are required.
Candidates should be skilled in making sound technical decisions based on goals, domain knowledge, and engineering fundamentals.
Comfort with managing risk, ambiguity, and dependencies is necessary.
Experience working with distributed teams in global organizations is preferred.
