Responsibilities include developing reliable, secure, and trustworthy AI solutions, building feedback loops for quality assurance, and ensuring the robustness and scalability of AI foundations for all R&D teams.
The engineer will contribute to the AI roadmap, helping to define future AI solutions that enhance devops capabilities.
The position also includes sharing insights through blogs, livestreams, and events to engage customers in the AI journey.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of software products, from ideation to post-launch monitoring.
Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrable experience in building robust applications using at least one widely adopted programming language such as Python, Java, C++, Go, JavaScript, or C#.
A genuine interest in the field of Artificial Intelligence is essential, along with a desire to stay updated on advancements and contribute to AI solutions.
Applicants should possess a solid understanding of core AI concepts and technologies, including areas like prompt engineering and the use of LLMs; prior experience with AI toolkits is a plus.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset is required, along with an eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

The compensation for this role ranges from $145k AUD / $155k NZD for maturing level to $165k AUD / $175k NZD for performing level, excluding Super and Kiwi Saver.
