Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of C# experience, including hands-on experience with modern .NET Core/8.
• Proven experience in driving innovative projects and integrating AI/ML technologies is required.
• Experience in integrating multiple platforms and strategically modernizing large codebases is essential.
• A strong product mindset and familiarity with iteration techniques, effective feedback gathering methodologies, and UX/design principles are necessary.
• Candidates should have the ability to analyze trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions regarding technical investments.
• Proficiency with modern architectural patterns, SaaS frameworks, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) is required.
• A passion for testing as a tool for quality assurance and hypothesis validation is important.
• Candidates should be fast learners with a drive to implement significant technological advancements.
