Remote Senior Software Engineer, AI/ML Product Analytics

Description:

• Bayesian Health is an early-stage startup focused on making healthcare proactive by providing real-time data to healthcare professionals.
• The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development of clinical AI/ML product analytics infrastructure, frameworks, and tools.
• This role aims to enhance decision-making through improved insights for client success, product, clinical, and technology teams.
• Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing product performance, building frameworks for clinical case reviews, proposing improvements to the data platform, and driving product analytics development across various teams.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building scalable and secure analytics infrastructure and tools on a cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
• Deep knowledge of modern data and analytics technologies, including cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt), workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools like Tableau or Quicksight is required.
• Experience working with sensitive data that contains PHI/PII is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions are mandatory.
