Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of experience in developing and launching web applications in production environments.
Experience with AI/ML technologies and understanding their application in assessment and interviewing products is required.
You should have experience integrating LLM APIs and familiarity with knowledge-enhanced language model pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to balance technical tradeoffs.
Proficiency in Ruby, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages is required, along with experience in modern web frameworks and API design.
You should have experience with system architecture, database design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD and performance optimization, is essential.
Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively in cross-functional teams and translate complex technical concepts.
You should demonstrate the ability to provide technical leadership, including mentoring teammates and driving technical decisions.
An interest in technical interviewing, talent assessment, or educational technology is highly valued.
