Requirements:

  • You must have 7+ years of experience in developing and launching web applications in production environments.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and understanding their application in assessment and interviewing products is required.
  • You should have experience integrating LLM APIs and familiarity with knowledge-enhanced language model pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to balance technical tradeoffs.
  • Proficiency in Ruby, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages is required, along with experience in modern web frameworks and API design.
  • You should have experience with system architecture, database design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD and performance optimization, is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively in cross-functional teams and translate complex technical concepts.
  • You should demonstrate the ability to provide technical leadership, including mentoring teammates and driving technical decisions.
  • An interest in technical interviewing, talent assessment, or educational technology is highly valued.
