The Senior Software Engineer for Artificial Intelligence will shape Rithum’s AI and data strategy, providing leadership and technical expertise.
This role involves designing and implementing scalable machine learning models and driving AI product delivery aligned with Rithum’s innovation vision.
Responsibilities include leading AI initiatives, designing high-performance solutions, solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, guiding decision-making, and mentoring other engineers.
The position requires understanding software development tools and technologies, including C#, .NET Core, Python, Java, and AWS services.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience developing in Python is required.
Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience with AWS services.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience with AI technologies such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with expertise in machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision is necessary.
Proven leadership in high-impact AI projects and experience mentoring team members is essential.
Proficiency in cloud platforms and experience creating data systems for feature stores and vector databases is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for visualizing and presenting complex data insights.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams are required.
