Remote Senior Software Engineer - Artificial Intelligence

• The Senior Software Engineer for Artificial Intelligence will shape Rithum’s AI and data strategy, providing leadership and technical expertise.
• This role involves designing and implementing scalable machine learning models and driving AI product delivery aligned with Rithum’s innovation vision.
• Responsibilities include leading AI initiatives, designing high-performance solutions, solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, guiding decision-making, and mentoring other engineers.
• The position requires understanding and utilizing software development tools and technologies, including C#, .NET Core, Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/React, Angular, JavaScript, AWS services, and CI/CD tools.
• The role may require participation in an on-call rotation and involves travel of up to 10%.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience developing in Python is required.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience with AWS services and AI technologies such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven leadership in high-impact AI projects and experience mentoring team members is essential.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and experience in creating data systems for feature stores and vector databases are required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for visualizing and presenting complex data insights to various audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams are required.
• Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in a relevant field, experience developing in C#, and familiarity with data privacy compliance.
