As a Senior Software Engineer on the core team at Babylon, you will contribute to the life cycle of core components of the Babylon system, such as the Babylon node and relayers between Babylon and other blockchains.
You will design, implement, and maintain core blockchain network software, including full nodes, relayers, and peripheral programs for stakeholders of the Bitcoin Staking protocol.
Working closely with cryptography and security teams to ensure network security.
Optimizing existing systems for scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborating with other teams at Babylon to integrate new features and technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in CS, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in blockchain layer-1 development, with mainnet launch experience.
1+ years of experience with Cosmos module development.
Proficient in Golang.
Familiar with applying CI/CD pipeline.
Fluent oral and written communication in English.
