Requirements:

• Proven professional experience coding in at least one programming language is required.
• A strong understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, browser behavior, cookies, CSP, and CORS is necessary.
• Solid relational database fundamentals and experience querying large datasets are essential.
• You must be comfortable working in Linux environments and using command-line tools.
• Experience building collaborative, high-quality software in fast-paced, remote-first environments is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary, with the ability to present technical ideas clearly and empathetically.
• A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new languages and frameworks is important; experience with Go, Python, Ruby, Elixir, Rust, or Clojure is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based deployments is preferred.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React or Angular) or prior security/pen-testing roles is a bonus.
