Requirements:
The candidate must have 5+ years of professional software development experience within various back-end infrastructures.
Expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and React is required.
Experience with Docker and Sidekiq is necessary, while familiarity with building CI pipelines, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is a plus.
A strong working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, caches, and CDNs is essential.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams are required, and experience mentoring juniors is a plus.
The candidate should have a drive to raise the bar of the team on Code Quality, User Empathy, and Delivery Speed.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 a year, determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the role's requirements.
