Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development.
  • Proven experience in shaping product direction and technical approach from early idea to delivery is required.
  • Proficiency in Python/Django, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript is essential.
  • Strong system design skills, including considerations for scalability, performance, and security, are necessary.
  • Experience with high domain complexity systems such as financial ledgers or multi-system data syncs is required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Alignment with Benepass's engineering values and collaborative culture is expected.
  • A passion for leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and deliver high-quality results is desired.

Benefits:

  • The position offers a base salary of $195,000 to $215,000 plus equity.
