Remote Senior Software Engineer, Call Intelligence

Description:

• Replicant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop the Conversation Intelligence product, which helps customers analyze conversations to improve internal processes and provide coaching support for agents.
• The role involves building new features, refactoring code, debugging issues, and supporting a production environment actively used by customers.
• The technology stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python, deployed on Kubernetes in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Responsibilities include providing code reviews, leading technical projects, participating in on-call rotations, and using metrics to drive development decisions.
• The engineer will collaborate with the team to manage and prioritize work through an agile process and share knowledge on technical topics.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
• Experience in building customer-facing user interfaces is required.
• Candidates should have experience working in live production environments.
• The ability to lead technical projects is necessary.
• A desire to learn and work across the entire tech stack is essential.
• Experience writing production TypeScript is required.
• Familiarity with the React framework is necessary.
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining customer-facing product features.
• Experience with LLM prompt tuning, production Python, Google Cloud Services, and Kubernetes is a plus but not required.
