Requirements:
Candidates should have 4-6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in growth or engagement-focused roles.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL in production environments is required.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Node.js.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code technologies, including Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS, is necessary for ensuring scalable and secure system architecture.
English fluency at a minimum B2 level is required.
Strong full-stack development experience with a focus on scalable and high-performance systems is essential.
Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines is expected.
Candidates should demonstrate strong planning and execution skills, including the ability to deconstruct projects into actionable plans and maintain priorities.

This is a full-time remote role with two compensation formats: Full-Time Employee at MX$119,542/month gross or Contractor at MX$155,438/month gross.
