  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will merge your engineering expertise with a passion for making a real impact.
  • You will lead end-to-end problem-solving, from conception to implementation, often collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
  • Your responsibilities will include building prototypes for creative solutions, sharing constructive feedback, and improving your team's quality bar.

  • Our technology stack includes Python/Django for APIs, React and Typescript for frontends, AWS and Terraform for cloud infrastructure, Postgres for databases, and Temporal for workflow orchestration.

Requirements:

  • You must have experience owning team-wide projects and managing expectations across stakeholders.
  • You should have experience building complex systems or working within regulated industries, with a focus on scaling.
  • A track record of high-quality and high-velocity decision-making influenced by lessons learned is required.
  • Strong skills in debugging intricate systems are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python or Go is essential, and experience with Django, React, or TypeScript is a plus.
  • You should be ready to embrace remote work while also participating in team offsites and events a couple of times a year.
