Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Concierge Auctions is seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to develop, implement, document, and maintain technology solutions.
• The ideal candidate will primarily be an individual contributor while also engaging in broader strategy and team-building discussions.
• Responsibilities include researching, scoping, developing, deploying, and maintaining features on the Concierge Auctions Application stack.
• The engineer will respond to bug tickets, research and reproduce bugs, and plan and execute fixes.
• Daily check-ins with the Technology team on progress and updates are required.
• The role involves performing code reviews for pull requests to foster a shared understanding of the platform.
• The engineer will work within cross-functional teams, including members from Marketing and Operations.
• Candidates should be open to change and willing to share experiences while being receptive to new ideas.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience with React.js, Angular.js, or other frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with TypeScript or other strongly typed programming languages is required.
• Proficiency in Node.js is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience deploying web applications.
• Experience in designing and building an application from scratch (greenfield) is essential.
• Candidates should also have experience innovating on legacy or pre-existing technology platforms.
