Description:

• Cordial is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their engineering team and contribute to the development of their AI-powered marketing platform.
• The role involves tackling complex technical challenges related to AI-driven personalization, intelligent message optimization, and scalable system architecture.
• The engineer will mentor fellow engineers and drive technical excellence across the platform.
• Responsibilities include building intelligent systems that adapt to customer behavior, developing predictive algorithms, creating self-improving recommendation engines, and designing ML pipelines.
• The engineer will contribute to technical roadmaps, lead design discussions, and make strategic technology decisions.
• The position requires building and optimizing high-performance distributed systems, developing intelligent decision engines, and ensuring system uptime during peak traffic.
• The engineer will mentor team members, establish code quality standards, and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of software engineering experience with modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, PHP, or JavaScript is required.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices architectures is necessary.
• A solid understanding of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles is essential.
• Experience with message queues, caching systems, and real-time data processing is required.

Benefits:
