Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with a proven track record in Performance, Scale, Resiliency, and Customer Support.
  • Experience in resolving technical support issues and escalations efficiently is required.
  • Candidates must have troubleshooting experience with APIs and various types of integration at scale in AWS.
  • Experience with CloudNative platforms, Micro-services, Docker, and SaaS deployments is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience with at least two of the following technologies: Databases, NoSQL, Kafka/Queueing Service, or Elastic Search.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in debugging software reliability issues in a distributed environment is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with being self-driven and innovative.
  • Strong familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is necessary.
