Responsibilities include driving issues to resolution, simulating customer issues in a lab, and streamlining communication with customer success.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with a proven track record in Performance, Scale, Resiliency, and Customer Support.
Experience in resolving technical support issues and escalations efficiently is required.
Candidates must have troubleshooting experience with APIs and various types of integration at scale in AWS.
Experience with CloudNative platforms, Micro-services, Docker, and SaaS deployments is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with at least two of the following technologies: Databases, NoSQL, Kafka/Queueing Service, or Elastic Search.
Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, React, Go, or Java is required.
Demonstrated experience in debugging software reliability issues in a distributed environment is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must, along with being self-driven and innovative.
Strong familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce is required.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is necessary.
