Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in software engineering and cloud platform development, including 4+ years of DBA experience in cloud environments.
Expertise in AWS Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL administration is required, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and backup strategies.
Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure, serverless and containerized solutions (Kubernetes, ECS), and orchestration frameworks is necessary.
Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python are essential, along with experience using CloudFormation/CDK and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
Experience integrating infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines and the software development lifecycle is required.
Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary, with the ability to create clear diagrams and explanations for complex topics.
A collaborative mindset, adaptability, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and readiness to respond to production incidents are essential.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
