Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating cloud-based software at scale.
• Strong skills in one or more of the following technologies are required: C#, Go, Kafka, Terraform, TypeScript, and React.
• A proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance, and maintainable systems is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess sound technical judgment, balancing trade-offs to meet goals and manage risk.
• Comfort in working within complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependencies is required.
• Experience working in distributed teams within global engineering organizations is preferred.
• A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes is important.
