  • A proven track record of delivering secure, high-performance, and maintainable systems is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Candidates should possess sound technical judgment, balancing trade-offs to meet goals and manage risk.
  • Comfort in working within complex, ambiguous environments with inter-team dependencies is required.
  • Experience working in distributed teams within global engineering organizations is preferred.
