The role is for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building world-class software systems.
The engineer will work on scalable and secure distributed systems using Golang or Java on Linux.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining GSM channel and identity proofing solutions, building secure systems, managing cloud and Kubernetes environments, collaborating in Agile teams, mentoring junior engineers, providing standby support, performance tuning, and following engineering best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience with object-oriented development in Java.
Experience with Golang is advantageous.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality software into production is required.
Knowledge of unit testing and performance testing is necessary.
Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm is essential.
Candidates should understand OO and architectural design patterns.
A good understanding of SOLID principles and the Twelve Factor App is required.
Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile methodologies like Scrum is necessary.
Knowledge of cryptography and PKI is preferred.
A software/engineering qualification, such as a computer science degree, is preferred.
Proven experience in mentoring junior team members is required.
