• The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, based in New York, NY, Santa Monica, CA, or Aliso Viejo, CA.
• The Consumer Experience (CX) team focuses on the end-to-end product experience for fans buying and selling tickets through web and mobile platforms.
• The team aims to deliver a localized and personalized experience for users in over 60 regions and 30 languages.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining improvements across all platforms, collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5-6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience in developing robust systems using multiple front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks, including Java, C#, Python, React, and Javascript, is required.
• Previous experience in designing and developing features for consumer-facing products is necessary.
• A strong understanding of system interactions within the broader production environment, including dependencies and platform primitives, is essential.
• Proven ability to learn new coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools is required.
• Experience in owning projects from initial idea to production and mentoring junior engineers is necessary.
