  • Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD pipelines is required.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe Agile is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment is important.
  • An interest in financial services and their operational and data management challenges is preferred.
