Description:

  • Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend, to work remotely in France, Spain, or the UK.
  • This role is part of the Subscription Experience team, focusing on optimizing the subscription journey to drive business growth.
  • The position involves frontend development of the subscription management process and shaping Backend for Frontend (BFF) services.
  • The tech stack includes Vue 3, React, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
  • Responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of front-end modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements across the application tech stack.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a strong passion for frontend development with extensive experience in component-based architectures using Vue.js or React.
  • A deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML is required, along with hands-on experience with Single-Page Applications (SPAs) and performance optimization.
  • At least 4 years of professional software development experience is necessary, including a minimum of 2 years in full-stack development.
  • Candidates should be comfortable developing and managing backend components and APIs using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
  • A product mindset is essential, with the ability to align engineering efforts with business goals and deliver meaningful products.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile, mid-sized teams are required.
  • A strong interest in web technologies and a collaborative spirit are important for this role.
