Auctane is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend) to work remotely in Spain.
The role involves designing and maintaining a decentralized micro-frontend architecture using a tech stack that includes React, TypeScript, Node, Vite, Emotion, and Testing Library.
The engineer will work with a cross-company branded Design System shared by six SPAs.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality code, improving products, owning the design and delivery of new features, mentoring other developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering excellence.
The position requires collaboration with multiple teams and participation in hiring and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development in a professional environment.
Experience with component-oriented JavaScript frameworks such as React, VueJs, or Angular2+ is required.
High proficiency in HTML/CSS and working experience with Sass is necessary.
An advanced understanding of OOP principles and experience with version control systems like Git or Mercurial is expected.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about tackling technical challenges and possess a passion for new technologies and problem-solving.
Strong communication skills are essential for working with internal and external teams, clients, and providers.
