The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, based in New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA.
The Operations team focuses on the post-purchase customer journey and consists of three sub-teams: Customer Success Technology, Fulfillment, and Supply Quality.
The Fulfillment Operations team ensures customers receive valid tickets and maintains a zero breakage rate in the ticket fulfillment process.

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in software development across multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Go.
Expertise in designing and implementing robust, mission-critical systems is required.
Experience in designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact is necessary.
Proven ability to learn other coding languages, platforms, frameworks, and tools is essential.
A strong understanding of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations is required.
