  • Advanced proficiency in Python or another modern object-oriented language is necessary for producing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Extensive experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and query optimization, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including containerization and message queues, is required.
  • Full-stack development experience is needed, with a focus on back-end development and comfort in front-end development using React.
  • Experience delivering solutions across web and mobile platforms with an emphasis on performance and scalability is important.
  • A product-oriented approach and history of collaboration with Product Owners to deliver customer-focused solutions are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset, are necessary for working across teams.

Benefits:

  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, plus early-stage stock option equity.
