Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 7 years of professional experience in building and maintaining complex software systems, particularly on a B2B SaaS platform.
Deep technical expertise in developing large APIs and microservices is required, with the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs.
Advanced proficiency in Python or another modern object-oriented language is necessary for producing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Extensive experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and query optimization, is essential.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including containerization and message queues, is required.
Full-stack development experience is needed, with a focus on back-end development and comfort in front-end development using React.
Experience delivering solutions across web and mobile platforms with an emphasis on performance and scalability is important.
A product-oriented approach and history of collaboration with Product Owners to deliver customer-focused solutions are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset, are necessary for working across teams.
A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments, particularly in early-stage companies, is preferred.

Benefits:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, plus early-stage stock option equity.
