The Senior Software Engineer will drive major projects to unlock new end-to-end capabilities for users while building scalable, secure, and maintainable production systems.
Responsibilities include working across the entire stack to build scalable solutions, developing new features and tools, driving projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring application performance and security, and participating in on-call rotations for production issues.
The role requires collaboration, creativity, and effective communication within the team and across the organization.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS or similar business environment is required.
Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and third-party SPA frameworks such as React is essential.
Experience with server-side Java software development using modern frameworks and methodologies, such as Spring, is necessary.
Proficiency with SQL, RDBMS (ideally PostgreSQL), and familiarity with ORMs is required.
Candidates should have the ability to visualize and build proposed systems and troubleshoot technical issues in complex systems.
Effective communication skills within the team and across the organization are crucial.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $205,000 per year, based on qualifications, education, experience, and location.
The position is eligible for stock options.
