As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and optimize software used by customers, staff, and healthcare partners.

Your expertise in software engineering will contribute to the evolution of the Reliance Health platform, creating delightful and efficient interactions while maintaining rigorous standards of quality and security.
Responsibilities include backend development, database management, API integration, performance optimization, security implementation, code quality maintenance, testing, collaboration, agile development, and continuous learning.
Frontend responsibilities involve React development, state management, component development, RESTful API integration, performance optimization, user experience design, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Requirements:
For backend development, a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering with PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or Java (Spring Boot) is required.
Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns are essential.
Experience with database systems, API development, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development tools is required.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are a must.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for this role.
Agile development experience is a plus.
For frontend development, 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on React is required.
Knowledge and experience in creating WordPress themes are necessary.
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is required.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mobx is necessary.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming is required.
A strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility is essential.
