  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will impact both what is built and how it is built, working within small engineering teams that evolve over time.
  • Engineers engage directly with customers and partners to ensure that the most pressing problems are being solved.
  • The tech stack includes C#, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes, and you will help define what great looks like.
  • You will enhance and expand the platform, collaborate with the development team to design and build new features end-to-end, and engage directly with users to gather feedback.

Requirements:

  • A pragmatic approach to work, prioritizing iteration and delivering value to customers over process and deliberation is essential.
  • Previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including direct customer interaction, is required.
  • A passion for learning and continuous improvement, along with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React is a great asset.
  • Expertise in an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in working on a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles is beneficial.
  • Experience in an agile development team, delivering incremental small slices, and being comfortable with reacting to meet user needs is advantageous.

  • The salary for this position ranges from £59k to £78k, depending on experience.
