As a Senior Software Engineer, you will impact both what is built and how it is built, working within small engineering teams that evolve over time.
Engineers engage directly with customers and partners to ensure that the most pressing problems are being solved.
The tech stack includes C#, React, TypeScript, Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes, and you will help define what great looks like.
You will enhance and expand the platform, collaborate with the development team to design and build new features end-to-end, and engage directly with users to gather feedback.
Requirements:
A pragmatic approach to work, prioritizing iteration and delivering value to customers over process and deliberation is essential.
Previous experience as a full-stack engineer, including direct customer interaction, is required.
A passion for learning and continuous improvement, along with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback, is necessary.
Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React is a great asset.
Expertise in an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is preferred.
Proficiency in working on a distributed, cloud-hosted product with rapid release cycles is beneficial.
Experience in an agile development team, delivering incremental small slices, and being comfortable with reacting to meet user needs is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from £59k to £78k, depending on experience.
This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday remotely in the UK.
