Description:

• The position is for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI at Velotio Technologies, based in India, and is fully remote.
• The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents on AWS Cloud, delivering enterprise-grade, production-ready solutions.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing end-to-end deployment strategies for Generative AI agents, architecting scalable and fault-tolerant AI systems, and integrating AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex.
• The engineer will develop prompt engineering techniques, fine-tuning strategies, and event-driven architectures for optimal AI performance.
• The position requires building full-stack applications, REST APIs, and microservices architectures while ensuring security, scalability, and monitoring best practices.
• The role also involves implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and setting up automated CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• The engineer will design and optimize database solutions, including vector databases, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
• Mentoring teams, conducting training sessions, and presenting AI solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences are key aspects of the job.
• Collaboration with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business goals and ensure seamless project execution is essential.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and scalable application development.
• A minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks is required.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Node.js with production-level experience are necessary.
• Proficiency in REST API design, implementation, and best practices is essential.
• A solid understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases is required.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex is expected.
• Experience with AWS services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, RDS, and CloudFormation is necessary.
• Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation is required.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders are essential.
• Experience mentoring development teams and guiding AI integration is required.
• Bonus qualifications include AWS Machine Learning Specialty certification, experience in Telco or Banking domains, advanced Terraform expertise, and enterprise security knowledge.
