Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 6+ years of overall experience.
At least 1 year of experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI is required.
Experience in prompt engineering with major LLM providers such as OpenAI, Google, or AWS is necessary, along with a good understanding of the model quality evaluation process, including gathering or generating model quality evaluation test data sets.
Non-deterministic troubleshooting skills to fine-tune LLM prompts and AI Agents instructions are essential.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and XML is required.
Candidates should have experience with data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
Strong analytical and design skills are necessary.
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
