Description:

• The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Gen AI) with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI agents on AWS Cloud.
• The role focuses on creating high-scale, production-ready solutions and requires hands-on experience with AI frameworks, cloud architecture, and application development.
• Responsibilities include designing and executing deployment strategies for Generative AI agents, architecting scalable AI solutions, implementing AI frameworks, and developing prompt engineering techniques.
• The position also involves designing fault-tolerant architectures, building full-stack applications, creating microservices architectures, and implementing event-driven architectures.
• The engineer will develop REST APIs, optimize database architectures, implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and create automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Effective communication and mentoring are key aspects of the role, including presenting technical concepts to stakeholders and leading workshops on GenAI best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and application development with a focus on scalable systems.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in both Python and Node.js with demonstrated production experience is essential.
• A strong understanding of REST API design, implementation, and best practices is necessary.
• Comprehensive knowledge of database concepts, including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases, is required.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation is expected.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences are crucial.
• Experience in mentoring development teams and providing technical guidance is required.
