Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of hands-on full-stack experience building production web applications in an agile, startup environment.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, or any backend languages is required.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and CSS is necessary, with bonus points for TypeScript and NextJS.
Familiarity or willingness to work in a full stack capacity is expected.
Candidates should have a passion for solving complex technical problems in both new and legacy codebases.
A mindset of leaving the codebase better than how it was found is essential.
Experience collaborating with team members of varying experience levels to design and implement technical projects is required.
