Curinos is seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer to significantly impact the fintech space by developing B2B SaaS applications for financial institutions.
The role is fully remote in the United States or hybrid in the Greater New York, Boston, or Chicago metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities include building scalable, enterprise-grade applications, with proficiency across the stack: front-end, back-end, and cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, Angular, Databricks, AWS, and relational databases.
Key responsibilities include back-end development of scalable APIs and data services, front-end development of responsive user interfaces, ensuring code quality and best practices, leveraging AWS for cloud solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with product managers and UX designers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on full-stack applications.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), TypeScript/Javascript (Angular), and Spark is required.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with SQL and major relational databases, such as SQL Server or Postgres, with data warehousing experience being a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for designing scalable solutions.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IAC), is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
