The Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and support the digital product suite, ensuring scale, stability, and user-friendly experiences for clinical teams and members.
Responsibilities include effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating business goals into technical architecture, and collaborating in a data-driven manner.
The engineer will estimate product scope and timelines, lead and mentor other engineers, and produce technical solutions that meet business requirements.
The role involves building products using modern technologies and being adaptable to work across different areas of the tech stack.
Requirements:
A deep understanding and experience with cloud-based services, service design patterns, data structures, and data integrations is required.
A collaborative and client-friendly approach to API design is essential.
Candidates should have experience with modern technologies such as Node, Java, C#, Go (or similar languages), AWS, Terraform, and Github Actions.
A strong understanding of all layers of a production system, including dev ops, infrastructure, data, integrations, testing, and user-facing clients, is necessary.
Experience hosting application services on cloud providers, particularly AWS, is preferred.
Candidates should have experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment.
Experience in healthcare or virtual care is preferred, with FHIR experience considered a bonus.
Benefits:
The role offers a base salary range of $140,000 - $170,000, along with an annual bonus and a competitive benefits package.
