We are hiring a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our Insurance team to build out our fleet of tools and products to help parents secure their family’s financial future.
The role involves developing full-stack features in TypeScript and React, running in a serverless AWS environment.
You will lead technical projects and initiatives, drive architectural decisions, and mentor team members.
Participation in the design and implementation of features to grow Fabric's core platform is expected, with work organized in two-week sprints.
Collaboration with other engineers is essential to continually improve our codebase and support a growing startup with big ambitions.
You will also help your fellow engineers grow in new and exciting ways.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of software development experience in a product-centric environment is required.
At least 3 years of experience in a JavaScript or TypeScript environment is necessary.
Experience with modern, functional UI paradigms, specifically using React, is essential.
You must have expertise in building highly performant User Interfaces and the scalable, reliable APIs that support them.
Effective communication skills for technical problem solving are required.
Compassion for Fabric’s customers and your fellow teammates is important.
A willingness to make mistakes and learn from them is expected.
Enthusiasm for engineering and technology is a must.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $180,000.
