The Senior Software Engineer will be part of the Platform team, which empowers internal teams by providing necessary tools and practices.
Responsibilities include building and owning internal tools, ensuring system scalability and reliability, driving architectural best practices, and improving quality and observability.
The role involves working with both internally developed tools and third-party solutions to deliver scalable internal systems.
The engineer will rapidly prototype and build internal tools, collaborate with internal users to identify pain points, and participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack engineering, Internal Tooling, or Platform Engineering with a proven track record of impactful improvements is required.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of process engineering, system design, and workflow optimization.
A passion for improving efficiency and driving measurable business outcomes through technical excellence is essential.
Bonus points for experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Datadog, AWS Cloud, PostgreSQL, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Node.js.
A background in building FinTech infrastructure or understanding the unique challenges in this space is preferred.
Familiarity with Bitcoin and a desire to learn more is a plus.
