As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect, develop, and scale the next-generation Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform for PACE.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Engineering teams in a modern, agile environment.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining robust APIs and intuitive front-end interfaces, setting best practices in code quality, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing system performance, identifying new technologies, contributing to agile development, and authoring technical documentation.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB is required.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions are essential.
The ability to effectively collaborate with Product and Engineering teams is required.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features and projects from ideation to delivery is necessary.
A deep understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software observability is required.
Experience in ensuring system reliability and performance optimization through modern development practices is essential.
